All recruiting memberships are month to month. Packages can be upgraded at any time, which means that your dedicated recruiter will adapt to your hiring needs.



All of the memberships provide employers a dedicated experienced recruiter without the costs and administrative steps that come with additional internal headcount.



A dedicated recruiter means that your experience recruiting partner will learn your business and culture while filling more of your open jobs.


All packages below include:

Access to an experienced dedicated recruiter to work on filling your jobs;

Ability to change the jobs the recruiter is working on at any time within the month;*

All job board access needed by the recruiter;

All the time needed to screen and follow-up with the candidates based on your criteria;

A partner to serve as the primary liaison between your team and the candidate through the entire hiring process; and

Someone to perform any reference checks or to coordinate the background screens.

*Some packages exclude C-Suite and senior leadership roles (i.e. VP, director)
